1. Induction Programme:An Induction was organised on the 8th July, 2015 for the newly admitted student-teachers of the CTE.

2. Formal Inauguration Programme: The College was formally inaugurated on the 24th July, 2016 by the Hon'ble Chief Minster Sri Manik Sarkar in presence of the Hon'ble Minster of Education Sri Tapan Chakraborty, Principal Secretary of Higher Education Sri Santanu Das and the Director of Higher Education Dr B. Palit and thousands of enthusiastic local people and other notable dignitaries.

3. Vanamahotsava: Vanamahotsava was observed in the college on the 29th July. A programme was organized in the Conference Hall of the college and then the students and teachers planted many saplings in the college campus and a few plant guards were also planted for the protection of the saplings.

4. Observance of Hiroshima and Nagasaki Day: Students and teachers of the college organized a rally for raising awareness on peace as part of the celebration of Hiroshima and Nagashaki Day.

5. Teacher's Day: A befitting programme was organized to observe the Teacher's Day on the 5th September. Various Cultural programmes were organized by the student-teachers of the college and the teachers were paid tribute.

6. Swachh Bharat Abhiyan: All the students and staff took part effectively in SwachhBharat Abhiyanorganized in the college on the 2nd October, 2015.

7. Birth Anniversary of Sukanta: Birth Anniversary of the poet Sukanta was celebrated on the 14th August in the Conference Hall of the college.

8. Independence Day: Independence Day was celebrated in a grand manner in the college premise on the 15th August. The Flag was hoisted by the Principal of the College at 7.30 a.m. and then a cultural programme was arranged by the students of the college.

9. Yuva Divas:Yuva Divas was observed on the 12th January to commemorate the contribution of Swami Vivekananda in building our nation.

10. Kokborak Day: Kokborak Day wascelebrated on the 19th January, 2016 in a befitting manner in the college for the development of kokborok language in our state.

11. Republic Day: Independence Day was celebrated in a grand manner in the college premise on the 26th January, 2016. The Flag was hoisted by the Principal of the College at 7.30 a.m. and then a cultural programme was arranged by the students of the college.

12. Saraswathi Puja:Saraswathi Puja was celebrated with pomp and show in the college premise on the 12th February.
